Adam & Eve. They brought original sin into the world by eating from the tree of knowledge, misguided by Satan, after God had warned them not to.

This is where I’m creating work under the house. That piece is “Chaos”, one of the many ideas of what existed before the ordered universe.

Coatlicue is the Mother of the gods to the Aztecs. When earth was created, she was beheaded and the two streams of blood spouting from her neck became snakes. Coatlicue is the goddess of life, death, and rebirth. “Most Aztec artistic representations of this goddess emphasize her deadly side, because Earth, as well as loving mother, is the insatiable monster that consumes everything that lives. She represents the devouring mother, in whom both the womb and the grave exist.”
There are other images of her too, still with her head, but most statues and depictions show her with the two snake heads. She wears a necklace of human hearts, hands, and a skull, a skirt of snakes, and breasts which are tired from feeding.

Lady Gaga tells her own creation story about her race of little monsters:
This is the manifesto of Mother Monster:On G.O.A.T, a Government Owned Alien Territory in space, a birth of magnificent and magical proportions took place. But the birth was not finite; it was infinite. As the wombs numbered, and the mitosis of the future began, it was perceived that this infamous moment in life is not temporal; it is eternal. And thus began the beginning of the new race: a race within the race of humanity, a race which bears no prejudice, no judgment, but boundless freedom. But on that same day, as the eternal mother hovered in the multiverse, another more terrifying birth took place: the birth of evil. And as she herself split into two, rotating in agony between two ultimate forces, the pendulum of choice began its dance. It seems easy, you imagine, to gravitate instantly and unwaveringly towards good. But she wondered, “How can I protect something so perfect without evil?”
And so evil was born and exists (if only as a way to protect her perfect creation). Not unlike how Adam and Eve came to know evil, or Pandora opened her box of evils. A lot of creation theories tell us why there is bad in the world, but allows us to see that is IS in fact bad, and that we have a choice.
